Below is the upcoming parish schedule, Church School sign up access, and a list of grounds items for festival set up.

WEDNESDAY Aug. 28 Evening Divine Liturgy 6 PM – Beheading of John the Baptist
THURSDAY Aug. 29 ….. Beheading of John the Baptist – Strict Fast Day
FRIDAY Aug. 30 Fr Tom & Jeanette out of town- Oudeh Wedding
SATURDAY Aug. 31 NO VESPERS – Fr Tom & Jeanette out of town
SUNDAY Sept. 1 Matins 8:50 – Typica Service with Communion 10 AM

SATURDAY Sept. 7 Heritage Festival 12-8 PM
SUNDAY Sept. 8 Heritage Festival 12-5 PM


Below is a online option for Church School sign up , as well as, a printable form


Tuesday 8/27 from about 5-8:30 PM: grounds work including weed eating at creek, cutting down low hanging branches and picking up downed branches, trimming hedges near parking lot. If we have enough help, can set up the stage and start power washing the patio

Wednesday 8/28 is rain date to complete above items

Sunday 9/1 after Typica we may be asked to move some things around in the hall or otherwise assist with setup

Tuesday 9/3 after 6pm is final inside set up, assembling sneeze guards and finishing up any remaining outside clean up

Wednesday 9/4 is rain date for outside work

Thursday 9/5 after 6pm is outside set up, getting & cleaning coolers, chairs, etc from shed, setting up 10’x20′ tent, hanging signs & flags. All available hands needed.

Friday 9/6 after 6pm is final outside setup, audio check, last minute decorating

Saturday 9/7 & Sunday 9/8 is the festival. Please sign up with Judy Polk for a shift each day you are available

Sunday 9/8 5PM: All hands needed for tear down & clean up. We try to undo everything and put coolers & chairs back in shed, disassemble stage & load onto trailer for return to storage. With everyone’s help we can complete this by 8pm
